THE OLD QUEENS SPEECH

According to many informed sources, when her Majesty read out her speech at the state opening of Parliament, it had been written by Peter Mandelson, which gives a whole new meaning the Queens speech, or should that be the ‘Old Queens speech’!

As already reported on this blog, the Queens speech announced the Governments plans to introduce some very anti-libertarian and rather extreme measures, as well as a desperate attempt to salvage what credibility the Labour Party may think it has left – but as there is none then there is nothing to salvage. All the Queens speech announced in reality is the New Labour suicide pact for this once great nation.

However, over at the blog of my UKIP colleague, Steve Allison, there is an amusing and more accurate Queens’s speech which is well worth a look.
